Leading is not for everyone, but to me its very natural. I like to work with people and i like to improve my management. Leading is not easy, but I do work better on with under pressure. I am strong bealiever that people need to have ownership of what they are doing and creating. Then they will be more motivated and building common goals.

Leading and managing the Expa Game Business Cooperative that is also official IGDA Finland Jyväskylä Hub. As being one of the founders and acted as Chariman and Vice Chariman in the Board. sine 2012. Been very active person to improve the cooperative and its mission to help people into game Industry. What we have made is very unique, the cooperative is debt free and profitable and having its 1000m2 co working premises with community driven ecosystem Digi & Game Center.

I am co founder and CEO of Add Inspiration a small indie game company that currently have 6 people to lead as game lead and CEO in free to play project.
Was first Business Development Manager and then promoted to CBDO, Chief Business Development Officer during my time (about 3 years) on Empires Not Vampires. Mostly Business related leading but also acting as producer / Game Lead on The Sandbox Paradice Tycoon Adventure project over 6 months
Kuopio Children’s Circus Association was founded on February 16, 1986, to promote, maintain, and develop circus activities for children and youth in the Kuopio area. Today, the organization operates under the name Kuopio Circus and offers circus instruction ranging from classes for 4-year-olds to sessions for adults.
Currently, Kuopio Circus has approximately 320 students, and classes are held on weekday evenings from autumn to spring. In addition to its educational activities, Kuopio Circus produces its own performances.
I acted as Chairman and kept things rolling with amazing people and current status is that the Kuopio Sirkus is one of the olderst and successful youth circus associations in Finland.
Did the Non-Commissioned Officer School or Course (AUK) that is a school within the Finnish Defense Forces aimed at training reserve non-commissioned officers. Non-commissioned officers are trained to become group leaders. The program includes 24 weeks of leadership training and practical exercises. For those who attend the Non-Commissioned Officer School, the total service time is 347 days, with the most common assignment afterward being a group leader role. The best lance corporals may be promoted to sergeant during their service.
